  Hello!  My name is Denise Trombley.  I, along with my husband and business partner, Baine Trombley, own Century 21 Trombley Associates.  I am a native Vermonter and have resided in the Lamoille County area most of my life and absolutely love it.  I have raised 2 great children here and both are currently attending Vermont Colleges. I so enjoy the quality of life Vermont has to offer.  It is a wonderful place in which to live, work and play!

  Having been in real estate for over 12 years, I feel that I have a tremendous amount of experience to offer.  I love working with people to help them achieve their goal of home ownership and/or assisting those looking for an investment.or those wishing to sell.  I have been a top producer in Lamoille County - selling the most residential homes in the area.   Being #1 in residential sales, I have come to appreciate the time & knowledge necessary to assist every Buyer and Seller.  My passion is working with people and connecting them with the "right" properties.

  Hello.   My name is Baine Trombley and I am an owner/broker of Century 21 Trombley Associates.  My wife and I started our business in 2000.  I truly enjoy being in the real estate profession.  I have been married for 25 years to my beautiful wife,  Denise, and we have been blessed with two wonderful children.  Our daughter, Jazanne, is twenty-one and is an accounting major in college.  Our son, Cote, is nineteen and a freshman in college.  I cherish my family and our times together.  

              Before owning and operating our business, I was a high school math teacher here in Morrisville for fifteen years.  I found education very rewarding, in fact, one of my proudest accomplishments was having the People’s Academy class of 1999 dedicate the yearbook to me.  I always worked very hard to help all of my students to become successful.  It is amazing at how much can be accomplished when people work together to reach a common goal.

              I bring this same philosophy to real estate.  I believe that by working together, I can help you find or sell your property, for the right price, with the least amount of hassle, and do it in the shortest amount of time.  I am a very good listener, successful negotiator and very detail orientated.  With my many years experience in real estate and my back ground as an educator, I am confident that I can be of great service to you in your real estate ventures.  I am looking forward to meeting and working with you.
